By using the 2Feet In website, submitting a form, purchasing a product or service, scheduling a session, or otherwise engaging with 2Feet In, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.
About 2Feet In
2Feet In is a Football Family Advisory that helps families navigate decisions related to student-athlete development, academics, recruiting, school choice, family readiness, college preparation, and related areas.
2Feet In provides education, perspective, planning tools, resources, and advisory support intended to help families make more informed decisions.
2Feet In is not a college, university, athletic program, recruiting service, admissions office, scholarship provider, financial advisor, legal advisor, academic institution, or athletic governing body.
No Guarantee of Athletic or Recruiting Outcomes
Participation in a 2Feet In service, session, program, or resource does not guarantee:
Athletic scholarships
College offers
Recruiting interest
Roster placement
Playing time
Starting positions
Camp invitations
Admissions decisions
Academic eligibility
Financial aid
NIL opportunities
Athletic performance
College placement
Professional athletic opportunities
Recruiting, admissions, financial aid, athletic development, and team decisions involve many factors outside the control of 2Feet In.
2Feet In helps families improve preparation and decision-making. We do not promise or guarantee a specific outcome.
Advisory Relationship
2Feet In provides advisory guidance based on information available at the time of the engagement and information provided by the family.
Families remain responsible for making their own final decisions.
Recommendations may change as circumstances change, including:
Student-athlete development
Academic performance
Recruiting activity
Family priorities
Financial considerations
School opportunities
Coaching changes
NCAA or governing-body rules
Admissions requirements
Other circumstances outside the control of 2Feet In
A recommendation should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular school, program, coach, strategy, camp, training provider, or decision will produce a particular result.
Family Responsibility
The quality of advisory guidance depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to 2Feet In.
Families agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and current.
Families are responsible for independently verifying important deadlines, requirements, eligibility rules, admissions criteria, scholarship information, financial information, school policies, and similar matters before making consequential decisions.
Student-Athletes Under 18
Many 2Feet In services are designed for families with minor student-athletes.
A parent or legal guardian should be the primary purchaser and participant in services involving a minor unless otherwise agreed.
By providing information concerning a minor student-athlete, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information or consent to its use for the advisory relationship.
2Feet In may communicate directly with a student-athlete when appropriate and when such communication is consistent with the family’s advisory relationship.
Family Game Plan
The Family Game Plan is designed to help a family understand its current stage, identify priority areas, prepare for upcoming decisions, and establish clear next steps.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the Family Game Plan may include:
A Family Game Plan Session
Review of information supplied by the family
A personalized written Family Game Plan
Stage-appropriate 2Feet In resources
A Game Plan Review session
The Family Game Plan reflects the information and circumstances available at the time it is prepared. It is not intended to predict future recruiting, athletic, academic, admissions, or financial outcomes.
Additional Advisory Services
Some families may choose to engage 2Feet In for additional advisory support after completion of a Family Game Plan.
Available pathways may include:
Independent implementation
Milestone Support
Guided Partnership
Referral to outside resources or professionals
Continued advisory work is not automatic and may depend on availability, family needs, and mutual alignment between the family and 2Feet In.
2Feet In reserves the right to decline or discontinue an advisory relationship when it determines that the relationship is no longer appropriate, productive, or aligned with the scope of its services.
Digital Products and Resources
2Feet In may sell or provide guides, worksheets, playbooks, templates, trackers, frameworks, and other digital resources.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Digital products are intended for personal or family use.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Products may not be copied, reproduced, resold, republished, distributed, licensed, uploaded to public platforms, or commercially exploited without written permission from 2Feet In.
Families may print or electronically use purchased materials for their own personal advisory and planning purposes.
Intellectual Property
The 2Feet In name, branding, frameworks, written materials, graphics, guides, worksheets, systems, processes, publications, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to 2Feet In unless otherwise indicated.
This includes, where applicable, proprietary frameworks and materials associated with the 2Feet In Standard, Family Game Plan, Parent Playbooks, decision-making tools, development frameworks, and related resources.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, teach, license, or create derivative commercial products based on 2Feet In materials without prior written permission.
Payments
Payment may be required before access to certain services, sessions, or digital products is provided.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved third-party payment processor.
By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Prices may change at any time. A price change will not retroactively affect a completed purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Founding Family Rates
From time to time, 2Feet In may offer special introductory or Founding Family pricing.
Eligibility, duration, conditions, and rate protection associated with these offers may vary by service.
Where a rate is described as protected for continuous enrollment, interruption or cancellation of the applicable service may result in loss of that protected rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling
Advisory sessions may be scheduled through Calendly or another scheduling platform.
Families are responsible for scheduling sessions within any applicable service period.
Availability may vary.
A purchase does not guarantee access to every requested date or time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Specific cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show rules are governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy posted on the 2Feet In website and any terms displayed at the time of purchase.
By scheduling or purchasing a service, you agree to those policies.
Communications
By engaging with 2Feet In, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding:
Your inquiry
Form submissions
Purchased services
Scheduled sessions
Family Game Plan materials
Digital resources
Follow-up items
Payment or scheduling matters
Service-related communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
Third-Party Services and Recommendations
2Feet In may reference or recommend schools, camps, coaches, trainers, evaluators, recruiting platforms, technology providers, educational resources, or other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third parties are independent from 2Feet In.
A recommendation, introduction, or referral does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a specific outcome.
Families are responsible for independently evaluating third-party providers before purchasing or relying upon their services.
2Feet In is not responsible for the conduct, performance, representations, pricing, policies, or services of independent third parties.
Website Information
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but website content may occasionally become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Rules and requirements related to recruiting, college athletics, admissions, eligibility, financial aid, and educational institutions may change.
Families should verify important information with the appropriate school, institution, athletic association, governing body, admissions office, financial aid office, or other authoritative source.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the 2Feet In website, services, or resources to:
Violate applicable laws
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Distribute purchased materials without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information
Interfere with website or service operations
Misrepresent your identity or authority
Use 2Feet In content for unauthorized commercial purposes
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2Feet In will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the website, advisory services, digital products, recommendations, third-party services, or decisions made by a family.
Families acknowledge that athletic, academic, recruiting, admissions, and financial decisions involve inherent uncertainty and factors outside the control of 2Feet In.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
2Feet In services, website content, and resources are provided on an “as available” and informational basis.
While we strive for quality, accuracy, and usefulness, we do not warrant that:
Every recommendation will produce a desired result
Every resource will apply equally to every family
Website content will always be error-free
Third-party services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Recruiting, admissions, or athletic circumstances will remain unchanged
Termination of Access or Services
2Feet In may suspend or terminate access to services or resources when reasonably necessary because of:
Nonpayment
Misuse of materials
Abusive or inappropriate conduct
Repeated failure to follow scheduling expectations
Fraudulent activity
Material breach of these Terms
Circumstances making continuation of the advisory relationship inappropriate
Where appropriate, financial obligations and refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable Refund / Cancellation Policy.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the 2Feet In Privacy Policy.
By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.
Changes to These Terms
2Feet In may update these Terms as services, products, business practices, or legal requirements evolve.
The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional written agreement between the parties.
